TREND ALERT: LONG&LEAN

In my opinion it was ''normcore'' that brought about long&long/ big&big
line to the trend.
It's so fresh though a bit too difficult especially for small ladies like me.

The tips for avoiding looking dishevelled are to use colors, and try a pleated long
skirt. The flared hem would save you and elongate your frame effectively.

LEGEND OF DOROTHY

Lately I've been extraordinarily busy, chased by the deadline of my work.

So I was very happy that I could accomplish that and come back here again
for blog-posting.

Today, to embrace the spring theme, I chose a pale pink dress, my favorite one.
And I paired it with a wicthery hat.
A bit oddly it reminds me of Dorothy of ''The Wonderful Wizard of Oz''
as you might have noticed this is a hybrid style of Dorothy and Wizard.

LONG AND LEAN

Hi, everyone! I'm so sorry for the long absence.

I've been away from blogging for almost two months as I got injured
during my trip to Philippines.
I had a fall and sprained my foot. I managed to walk about for two weeks with a swollen foot (almost doubled). And had never known my foot was actually
fractured till I went to a clinic back in Tokyo.
That was a horrible, painful experiment. I got a cast on, and had to put men's size
Birkenstock sandal on the injured foot even at night parties.

Tasted such bitterness, the sweet happiness I'm feeling now is even more special
than before. The foot was healed and I can wear heels!!
Heels, oh my goodness, I've desperately longed for......!!

Also I'm so happy to be here, coming back to my blogging routine that
gives creative moment to my life.

CHECKER DRESS

Let me share another holiday look.
I found this checker pattern dress is a perfect blend of sweetness and texture.
For me this is ''Alice'' pattern and that reminds me of my childhood when I
asked Santa Claus for dolls on Christmas Eve.

AGATE MANIS

My new manis are inspired by agate slices that I'm obsessed lately.
I'm in love with this waving line and faintness that bring fresh air to my nails.
Hope you'd like them :D

NEATLY RELAXED

I love the thought of mixing hard leather and a feminine top.
Back in my house after breathlessly busy days, weekday laziness was made
in form of a chunky sweater+ a long leather skirt+ platform shoes.
It gave me a pretty neat, yet relaxed look.

GO FORWARD TO '60S MOD STYLE!!

For the past years, the fashion cycle is making a huge swing right into
the 1960's. The warning is: Mod revival.
Not to mention, it's not the culture I touched in my youth, so definitely
my thrust for something new is now there. It looks so fresh, so different,
so feminine and so vibrant to me.

WABI+SABI PARTⅡ

So this is the sequel post about Wabi+Sabi tradition.
I had my nails manicured ''ume'' blossoms. I adore the blurred parts of them
by stroking with a split brush roughly. So cool, isn't it??

THE ALLURE OF BOLD COLORS

Discover the allure of mixing colors this autumn.
Gray + smoky pastels, beige + pop colors, khaki + neon hues,
or maybe burgundy + light blue/deep blue would look so vibrant to your eyes.

It's something like making a floral bouquet, creating an unexpected
palette will definitely bring a fresh air to your wardrobe.
